4 Modules:

Excavate → Gather the artifacts. Old work, notes, screenshots, forgotten drafts.
Map → Spot the motifs. What emotions, ideas, and aesthetics return again and again?
Edit → Let go of the false starts, the “shoulds,” the projects that no longer serve you.
Frame → Identify the questions or obsessions that persist. These become your compass.

Estimated time: 2–3 hours total.
Optional prompts for journaling, collage, and creative documentation.
